The Vikan Hygiene replacement cassette, with thumb grip, 700 mm, is a professional rubber cassette designed to replace worn rubber blades in Vikan floor mops. The cassette is specifically designed for hygiene-sensitive environments where optimal floor cleaning and rapid water removal are essential, such as in the food industry, hospitality, manufacturing facilities, and restrooms.
The replacement cassette features flexible double rubber that ensures an efficient and streak-free result when removing water, cleaning agents, and other liquids from smooth floors. By replacing the rubber in a timely manner, the floor mop continues to function optimally, and hygiene and safety in the workplace are improved.
The cassette is easy and quick to replace without tools, minimizing downtime during cleaning operations. This extends the floor squeegeeÂ’s service life and reduces maintenance costs.
The cassette is made of high-quality rubber and polypropylene and is resistant to professional daily use and various cleaning agents. It is also available in various colors, making it ideal for color-coding within hygiene zones and 5S programs. This helps prevent cross-contamination and supports a structured hygiene approach in professional environments.
The replacement cassette is compatible with 700 mm Vikan floor mops from the Hygiene series.
