Return of empties
At Pluvasan, service and safety are our top priorities. That’s why we offer our customers the option to have empty Pluvasan product containers easily picked up for return.
To ensure this process runs safely and efficiently, please note the following conditions:
Return conditions
- We only accept clean and empty canisters, drums and/or IBCs supplied by PLUVASAN.
- Canisters must be fitted with their caps.
- Pallet height must not exceed 2 metres.
- All canisters, drums and/or IBCs must be fully emptied and thoroughly rinsed.
- Original labels and hazard stickers must remain on the returnable empties.
- Collection is available from a minimum of:
- 12 empty canisters per pallet, or
- 2 empty drums per pallet.
- Pallets must be securely and fully stretch-wrapped.
- Please place the pallet in a location that is easily accessible for the driver.
These conditions are important for the safety of our drivers and staff and help us continue to offer this service in a professional and sustainable manner.
If the returnable empties do not meet the above conditions, we are required to charge a fee of €100.
