UCO® FOAM HD80 is a powerful alkaline foam cleaner designed to remove heavy and stubborn dirt in the livestock and agricultural sectors. This heavy-duty cleaner is formulated for the intensive cleaning of barns, equipment, and other agricultural environments where high standards of hygiene and cleaning power are required.
The product effectively removes stubborn organic dirt, grease, protein deposits, and manure residues from a variety of surfaces. UCO® FOAM HD80 is suitable for use in pig, poultry, and cattle barns, as well as in storage areas, hatcheries, and horticultural applications.
Thanks to its powerful foaming action, the product adheres well to surfaces, effectively loosening and removing dirt. The formula is odorless and safe to use on alkali-resistant materials such as concrete, stone, stainless steel, plastic, and other hard surfaces.
Before use, remove coarse debris such as bedding, feed residues, and manure. Then dilute UCO® FOAM HD80 to a concentration of 25% with cold water and apply using a foam lance or injector, foam sprayer, or similar foaming equipment. Allow the product to soak in for 1020 minutes without letting it dry. Then rinse thoroughly with water at medium pressure (2025 bar) or with a high-pressure washer, depending on the degree of soiling and the type of surface.
Allow surfaces to dry completely after cleaning before applying a disinfectant such as UCO® DES. Always test the product on a small area for material compatibility before first use.
