UCO® FLOW 330 is a concentrated periodic CIP cleaner and descaler for milking systems and milk storage systems. The product is designed for thorough periodic cleaning of milking robots, milk lines, and milk tanks where mineral deposits and milk residue must be effectively removed.
The powerful acidic formula efficiently removes milk stone, limescale, and other mineral deposits that can build up in the milking system. As a result, UCO® FLOW 330 contributes to optimal system performance, consistent milk quality, and reduced bacterial growth within the system.
Thanks to its non-foaming properties, the product is ideally suited for closed CIP systems where stable circulation and controlled cleaning are essential. UCO® FLOW 330 can also be used in industrial washing systems for descaling trays, crates, and other materials.
The product is safe for use on food contact surfaces, where a well-tailored cleaning program ensures optimal hygiene and high-quality milk production.
Before use, the system must first be pre-rinsed with water at approximately 4045 °C. Next, apply a 0.5% solution of UCO® FLOW 330, preferably at a temperature of 5085 °C. Allow the solution to circulate for 515 minutes, maintaining a temperature above 40 °C. Then drain the cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly with drinking-quality water. Check the cleaning results regularly and adjust the dosage or cleaning frequency as needed. If desired, a UCO® FLOW disinfectant can be used as a supplement.
