UCO® FLOW M500 is a concentrated disinfectant for milking systems and milk processing systems. The product is designed for professional CIP disinfection of milking robots, milk lines, milk tanks, and other components of the milking process where optimal hygiene is essential.
The powerful biocide formula offers excellent disinfecting action and helps effectively control bacterial growth within the milking system. As a result, UCO® FLOW M500 contributes to consistently high milk quality and supports reliable hygiene standards in modern dairy farms.
UCO® FLOW M500 is also suitable for the disinfection of teat liners and milking clusters. Additional disinfection of these components helps reduce the risk of transmitting mastitis-causing pathogens during milking. The product can be used with standard liner and cluster disinfection systems.
Thanks to its non-foaming and chlorine-free formula, UCO® FLOW M500 is suitable for use in closed CIP systems and effective under all water hardness conditions. The product is also safe for use on food contact surfaces within milk production.
Before use, the system must first be cleaned according to the UCO® FLOW cleaning program. Next, apply a 0.20.5 % solution of UCO® FLOW M500 with a contact time of 15 minutes. Then drain the solution and rinse with drinking-water-quality water.
