UCO® FLOW ONE is a unique concentrated CIP cleaning and sanitizing product for milking systems and milk storage systems. The product is designed for the daily cleaning of milking robots, milking parlors, milk lines, and milk tanks, with a focus on optimal milk quality and minimal residue formation.
The mildly oxidizing, non-foaming formula effectively removes organic milk residues such as milk fats and milk proteins from all types of milking systems. Thanks to its powerful cleaning action, UCO® FLOW ONE contributes to stable and hygienic milk production with low bacterial counts (TBCs).
UCO® FLOW ONE helps dairy farmers significantly reduce trichloromethane (TCM) and chlorite residues in milk. This aligns with the increasing demands of milk processors and helps achieve an optimal milk price per liter of milk produced.
The product is particularly suitable for milking parlors and milking systems with longer milking cycles or milking times than average. In addition, UCO® FLOW ONE can be safely used for cleaning food contact surfaces and has been developed for use in organic farming.
For optimal cleaning results, the system should first be pre-cleaned with water at 4045 °C. Next, use a 0.51 % solution of UCO® FLOW ONE at a temperature of 5085 °C. Allow the cleaning solution to circulate for 710 minutes, maintaining a temperature above 40 °C. Then drain the solution and rinse with drinking-quality water. For optimal performance, alternating with UCO® FLOW 200 is recommended, ranging from once a day to once a week depending on the cleaning schedule. If necessary, a UCO® FLOW disinfectant can be used as a supplement.
