UCO® FOAM DC30 is a concentrated foaming descaler designed to effectively remove mineral deposits in agricultural and industrial settings. The product is formulated for the periodic cleaning of barns, systems, and equipment where inorganic deposits such as lime, calcium, iron, and other mineral contaminants accumulate over time.
UCO® FOAM DC30 is used in pig, poultry, and cattle barns, as well as in storage areas, hatcheries, horticulture, and other agricultural settings. Thanks to its powerful foaming action, the product adheres well to surfaces, effectively loosening and removing mineral deposits.
The product removes a wide range of inorganic contaminants and helps restore affected surfaces to a clean, smooth, and well-maintained condition. Additionally, the formula provides a polishing and rejuvenating effect on treated surfaces. With a contact time of up to 15 minutes, UCO® FOAM DC30 offers an efficient solution for periodic deep cleaning within professional hygiene programs.
Dilute the product to a concentration of 15 % with cold water and apply it using a foam lance, foam injector, foam sprayer, or similar foam equipment. Allow the product to penetrate without letting it dry, then rinse with water at medium pressure (2025 bar) or with a high-pressure washer, depending on the degree of soiling and the type of surface. Allow the surfaces to dry completely before applying a disinfectant such as UCO® DES.
