The Vikan Hygiene floor scrubber with water flow, extra hard, 270 mm is a professional scrub brush with a water supply, specially designed for intensive cleaning of heavily soiled floors and surfaces in hygiene-sensitive environments. The brush is ideal for use in slaughterhouses, meat processing facilities, food production, and other industrial applications where thorough cleaning is essential.
The extra-hard polyester bristles effectively remove stubborn dirt, grease, caked-on residues, and biofilm from floors and walls. Thanks to the integrated water flow system, water is evenly distributed during cleaning, ensuring a more efficient and powerful scrubbing action with less physical effort.
The robust construction is designed for daily intensive use and is resistant to aggressive cleaning agents and harsh conditions. The brush is made from high-quality materials such as polypropylene, polyester (PBT), and stainless steel (AISI 304L), making it durable, hygienic, and easy to clean.
The Deck Scrub is compatible with all Vikan handles featuring Euro thread. The Vikan Euro Thread system ensures a secure attachment and prevents loosening during use. Additionally, it is available in various colors, making it ideal for color-coding within hygiene zones and 5S programs. This helps prevent cross-contamination and supports a structured hygiene approach in professional environments.
The brush is suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -20°C to 100°C and can be cleaned or sterilized in professional settings.
