The Vikan Hygiene replacement cassette, white, with thumb grip, 250 mm, is a professional replacement cassette for Vikan hand and floor mops used in hygienic cleaning systems. The cassette is designed for the efficient removal of water and liquids from work surfaces, floors, and other smooth areas in hygiene-sensitive environments such as the food industry, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing facilities.
The cassette features a flexible double rubber blade that ensures optimal contact with the surface and removes water quickly, effectively, and streak-free. This keeps surfaces dry and safe, contributing to a hygienic and efficient work environment.
Thanks to the replaceable cassette design, there is no need to replace the entire squeegee. Only the wear part is replaced, which extends the toolÂ’s service life and reduces maintenance costs. The cassette can be replaced easily and without tools, minimizing downtime during cleaning.
The cassette is made of polypropylene and cellular rubber and is resistant to intensive professional use, cleaning agents, and high and low temperatures. The smooth design makes the product easy to clean and suitable for use in HACCP environments and food-safe production processes.
The white version supports color-coding and helps prevent cross-contamination between different hygiene zones. The cassette is compatible with Vikan systems with a working width of 250 mm.
